JC & Associates, publisher of the Island Telephone Directory was started in 1998. Its main objectives were to provide a reliable and up-to-date information source of telephone subscribers listing in Guam while establishing an alternative and affordable advertising medium for the business community.
Today, 85,000 copies of the Island Telephone Directory are distributed free of charge to business and residential telephone subscribers in Guam. Copies are also distributed to government offices, military bases, the CNMI and beyond. Annual standing orders of directories are also sent to directory libraries in many parts of the US and Australia.
